I'm a Freelance artist with a Bachelor's of Fine Arts/Studio degree from UTA with a focus in Drawing. I aim to excel and further push my abilities in rendering the human from to an even higher skill set with various mediums to produce inspiring material and expand on my series of body autonomy & self-exposition.
Currently my works focus stem from Things Said To Me which is the title of the series, where I intend the viewer to reflect upon instances they have heard similar phrases and how that might deeply affect them. Through depicting these figures I display my own self in an anonymous format, a skeleton sometimes with flowers in lieu of a skull; to give the viewer a way to fully insert themselves into the work while still maintaining my own presence. My goal is to start a conversation on how seemingly insignificant comments can develop and consume the host.
